Been on edge, glad I really don’t smoke cigarettes anymore or I’d be chain smoking all day/night. All I know, is I’m glad I’m not alone in this.

How can you ever be sure the people who are with you today will be there for you tomorrow? You don’t, you can only take one day at a time and just do what feels right. I need to learn not to be such a control freak and relax.
